We handle absolutely everything for you from start to finish; all you need to do is drop the vehicle to one of our units located close to Kingswinford & Brierley Hill (exact details given upon booking).

Our Wheel Refurbishment Process:
Vehicle is jacked and put onto axle stands.
Wheels are removed from the vehicle.
Tyres are then removed and the alloys are inspected – at this point if any visible cracks, buckles or welds are found you will be notified.
Alloys are then acid dipped, shot blasted and sanded to remove your old paint and imperfections.
Alloys are then powder coated, lacquered & baked to harden. Once cooled alloys are quality checked for imperfections.
Tyres are then re-installed to the alloys and the wheels are rebalanced .
Wheels are refitted to vehicle.
Once axle stands are removed, wheels are torqued to factory specifications.
The vehicle is ready now to collect.
*Diamond cutting has additional processes on top of the ones outlined above.
How long does wheel refurbishment take and what’s the prices?
All services include these colours as standard: Matt black, gloss black, gloss Silver, gunmetal grey & anthracite. Additional colours are available on request for an additional fee; please enquire for a price.
2/3 Day Solid Colour Service: £240.00 for a set of 4 wheels or £65.00 for a single wheel.
2/3 Day Diamond Cutting Service: £400.00 for a set of 4 wheels or £120.00 for a single wheel.
Same Day Service: £350.00 for a set of 4 wheels or £90.00 for a single wheel (For same day refurbishments the vehicle will need to be dropped off at 8:30am and collected between 4/5pm).
Extras: Cracks which require welding are £70.00 per crack & buckles are £65.00 each.
Our Warranty:
All our services include a 1-year warranty for peeling and UV fade (this warranty does not cover damage caused by chemicals used by local car washes).

Ordered personalised business plates and the customer service was great throughout! I was immediately sent multiple designs and suggestions via iMessage and had them printed and posted very quickly after. Brilliant website, lovely premises and I spoke with a really great member of staff when I went to pick the plates up. The plates were ready the next day and of exceptional quality and they also came with fixing strips which was unexpected. Overall a fabulous service and a highly recommended company!
