At Vision Automotive and Media, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. We understand that there may be times when you need to return an item, and this policy outlines the conditions under which returns will be accepted.

1. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made items, including but not limited to the following, are non-returnable:

  • Number plates

  • Keyrings

  • House signs

These items are tailored specifically to each customer’s unique requirements. As a result, we cannot accept returns for these products unless they arrive damaged or defective. Once created, custom items cannot be resold or reused, as they are specific to the original customer.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your custom-made item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. You must provide the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Photographic evidence of the damage or defect

Upon verification of the issue, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

3. Standard Returnable Items

For non-custom products, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • For items that arrive damaged or defective.

  • For warranty claims that are verified and approved (see warranty details below).

Refunds will not be issued for non-damaged custom-made items due to their unique, personalized nature.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Warranty Policy

We offer a warranty on number plates only, covering the following issues:

  • UV Fade: Warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase.

  • Letters Falling Away: Warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase.

To qualify for the warranty, the following conditions must be met:

  • Number plates must be affixed using the sticky pads provided with your order.

  • Number plates must not be screwed in, as this can compromise their integrity and void the warranty.

If a warranty claim is required, please contact us with the following details:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photographic evidence of the issue

Approved warranty claims will result in a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

6. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please:

  1. Contact us to obtain a return authorization.

  2. Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Include your order details and the reason for the return.

7. Exclusions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made items (except for damages or defects).

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
